Refund policy

Every Marble Spinner Mug is hand-thrown and hand-glazed one at a time, which means each one takes real hours of work before it ever gets boxed up. Because of that, I'm not able to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged in shipping? That's the one exception. If your mug arrives broken, send me a photo of the damage and the original packaging within 48 hours of delivery and I'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong item? If I made a mistake on your order, reach out and I'll make it right.
